SWIM CLINICS run by Commercial coaches

Our qualified coaches will be running a series of 4 clinics targeted at capable competitive swimmers who are at least 10 years of age who wish to improve their 200 or 400 Individual Medley performance. The clinics will run for 2 hours and focus on stroke efficiency and race tactics. Please send any questions to Head Coach Len Sterlin.

Spaces are limited! We will cap numbers at 24 swimmers to ensure a lower swimmer-coach ratio so that your child receives individual attention.

All clincis in this series will be held at Yeronga Park Swimming Complex and will run from 11:00AM--1:00PM:

22nd February: Stroke Counts: Swimming Myths and Misconceptions

(Closing date: 12th Feb)

29th February: IM clinic: Fly & Back

(Closing date: 19th Feb)

8th March: IM clinic: Back & Breast

(Closing date: 28th Feb)

28th March: IM clinic: Breast & Free

(Closing date: 18th March)

The cost is $65 per swimmer per 2 hour clinic. Pool entrance will be free of charge. Instructions on how to pay are below.
